morning activities

Paula, it was wonderful to hear your voice this afternoon. I am so happy that you are done with the surgery, and that it went so well. We are praying for you as you recover! Here are a couple photos from our morning that I thought you would appreciate. :)

Busy boy #1:

While we were pouring bowls of cereal for breakfast, Evan pointed at the cupboard and asked for one can of food, then another, and another. Then he began building his tower, putting his (full) milk cup carefully on top. He loves to stack things these days, and will take to stacking items (such as these canned food items) all by himself, focusing so intently to balance each piece.  He was pretty pleased with this tower when it was complete!

Busy boy #2:

This was right before Miles had a major (and I mean major--you know the kind) blow-out.  I think he was pretty pleased with himself, too!  

Two busy boys+one feisty little dog (sorry no photo of Grover today)=one busy mama!--As I know you know, Paula!  But we're having a good day today; I can't complain!  We're thinking about you, and we're looking forward to seeing you soon!  xoxo, Kristen
