This little space for you, Paula, has gone pretty quiet this past year as we have all been tending to our growing families.  Thank goodness though that the quietness here does not in any way reflect the amount of time we all have spent together as a big Gough family (most often within your beautiful home) making memories and deepening our bonds of love with one another! 

On your birthday today, I wanted to pop in here with these adorable smiling faces to wish you a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!--from all of your kids and grandkids.  We love you and admire you and delight in you so much, Paula, and our hearts are full of gratitude for your life and the blessings bestowed on each one of us from God, through you.  

A week ago you shared with us your wonderful news of a totally clear mammogram.  We rejoice with you, Paula, and I cannot help but marvel at the seasons of life we have already walked through together as a family these past several years.  And I am full of excitement, joy, and thanksgiving--as I know you are, too--as I consider the days ahead!  What a wonder--all these new babies to meet and welcome into the family in the coming months! How God has blessed you, Paula, and all of us.  

Today on your birthday I hope for you to feel and know how beautiful you are, inside and out, and how cherished you are by all your children and grandchildren!  We love you!
